Return & Refund Policy of Warmi Panama Hats
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 15 days. Once we receive the returned item Warmi Panama Hats will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order). The return process could take between 7 and 15 days

• All sale items and items with gifts are final sales and non-refundable.
• All purchases made in the store are final sale and non-refundable.
• The selected items identified on the product pages are final sales and non-refundable.
• All return shipping and handling costs are borne by the buyer
• If you need to make an exchange, the new shipment from our facilities will be free

Warmi Panama Hats will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities or third parties
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging, and in the condition, they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee of 25%. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment; therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
All items that are shipped are insured and inspected several times before leaving our facilities, therefore if you receive a damaged or defective item, you must include all the information and evidence required by the insurance company.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
